I am Shradha Kapila, and I am based in Delhi. My profession is that of a professional dancer, model, state president of Human Rights – Delhi. and founder of the School for Talent Spotter. I have had a remarkable career in modelling and have achieved some of the most renowned awards in the field. I was crowned Ms Delhi and Ms Natural Beauty in 2017, and I was among the top 30 contestants of NBT Femina Star 2020. I am also the face of Times of India and have been performing in its Raahgiri event for the past 7 years, where I have been acknowledged as an elegant performer. Apart from my modelling career, I am a professional dancer. I was a part of the world-famous Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts (SDIPA) in Mumbai, where I honed my skills in dance. I have also been judging competitions since 2012, and 1 have been the judge of Plethora Events at Jaipuria School of Business for a consecutive 3 years from 2017 to 2020. I believe that dance is magical and have established the School for Talent Spotter to share this magic with others. The academy offers a wide range of courses starting from Personality Development to Complete Analytical and Social Development. We teach more than 30 dance forms and have acquired a total of 54 awards in only a few years.

Apart from my passion for dance, I have a growing interest in event organizing and the fashion industry. I have taken a valuable initiative in supporting a plethora of event leagues and have been chosen as the jury for various upcoming events. I was also awarded the best event organizer by Human Rights in 2017. Recently, I organized an online event by Navkriti Foods India Pvt. Ltd. My experience and skills helped the event bloom and reach the target audience to gain tons of traction. Climbing another milestone, I was mentioned in the Indian Women’s History Museum (IWHM) website on the auspicious occasion of our 75th Independence Day. I was highly praised for my efforts and was recognized as a robust and vocal female support for the organization.
